Callout Fees

A Callout Fee is a standard fee that most carriers have within the Transport Industry. Most carriers or Moving companies in Wellington have a callout fee. This is to cover on- road costs and truck maintenance issues.

We only chargeone callout fee per truck used to the hourly rate.

Wellington central,Wellington suburbs and surrounding area’s,Porirua, Aotea, Whitby, Paremata, Plimmerton, Pauatahanui, Upper Hutt, Lower Hutt, Petone, Wainuiomata, Eastobourne and surrounding suburbs:

MONDAY – THURSDAY $40.00 Callout Fee
FRIDAY – SATURDAY $50.00 Callout Fee

Pukerua Bay, Raumati, Paekakariki $80.00
Paraparaumu $100.00
Waikanae, Te Horo $120.00
Otaki, Levin $130.00
Palmerston North $160.00

For the other area’s above the Callout fee rates apply.
Also we add an additional travel charge back to our depot in Porirua to these area’s.
